Non-Negotiables
- A shower with me is included. If you refuse, then I will leave and your deposit will be forfeit.
- Photo ID will be required for bookings to residential addresses.
- Do not book me if you are unwell. Cold and flu symptoms are different to hayfever allergies.
- I will hold your booking time for 15 minutes past the start time - any further delays or shortcomings preventing the booking to start and your time will be cancelled and deposit forfeit.
- Uncovered services are subject to my final decision on the hygiene and cleanliness of the client on the day, and may be cancelled if insufficiently cleaned. Your deposit will be forfeit.
- Payment on arrival, never at the end.
- As per my refund policy, unless I am cancelling on you - I do not provide refunds for any mistakes, change of mind or requests to shorten a booking.
- A physical inspection and health check will be performed at the beginning of the booking, where I inspect genital area, mouth, tongue and fingernails. This isn't only to prevent STI transmission, but also to ensure that overall good health and hygiene is maintained.
Deposits
For Greater Brisbane Area outcalls - $50 deposit is required.
For Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast/Toowoomba area and surrounds $200 deposit required.
Other capital cities within Australia require flat rate $1,000 travel fee deposit. Adelaide excluded.
Deposits are to be paid via OSKO, Beem or a cash deposit via ANZ Smart ATM. Remaining balance is cash on arrival.
- Any additional upfront payments that exceed my deposit requirements are still considered a deposit until services are rendered.
Unless I am cancelling on you - I do not provide deposit refunds for any mistakes, change of mind or requests to shorten a booking.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless I am cancelling on you.
I will not work while sick, or during a cold sore outbreak - any deposits/prebookings applicable during this time will be refunded.
If you pay a deposit and then refuse to show ID at your booking (if applicable), your deposit will be forfeit.
If you pay a deposit and then refuse to adequately shower at your booking, your deposit will be forfeit.
Booking Acknowledgement:
By securing a booking, the client(s) agree they have read Billie's website/advertisement, the services offered, the rates, expectations and conditions; and agree that the deposit is non refundable should the client overlook information and change their mind; or make a mistake that could have been avoided by reading and understanding the website/advertisement in full.
It will be the responsibility of the client(s) to read and understand my refund policy prior to commencing booking start time.
STI Testing
Why have I included this section when other full service sex workers may not? - it just depends on how direct the person is and type of platforms they communicate on.
Yes, of course I routinely test for STI's.
I believe in informed consent, and being honest and transparent in all areas on my life.
This then means sharing my positive status for HSV-1 (facial cold sores). I am never intimate while experiencing an active lesion outbreak. Even after multiple long term relationships in my private life I have never transmitted it (to my knowledge), and I personally contracted it as a minor by sharing a water bottle with family members during their active outbreak.
"Most HSV is asymptomatic or mild enough that diagnosis is never sought. If symptoms do appear, it can be days or years after HSV was first acquired. More than 50% of primary genital infections are caused by HSV 1 in young people."

There is unnecessary stigma and shame associated with STI's - positive results are not necessarily indicators of poor health or hygiene. Language matters, as does keeping informed with current and up-to-date information regarding common medical terms.
I will not tolerate willful laziness and ignorance in my space or messages.
Consent and Stealthing
"Queensland moved to an affirmative model of consent on 23 September 2024.
Stealthing’ is the non-consensual removal of a condom or tampering with a condom before or during consensual sexual activity.
The new laws confirm that there is no consent if you participate in a sexual activity with another person on the basis that a condom is used and the other person does any of the following things before or during the act: • does not use a condom; • tampers with a condom; • removes the condom; and/or • becomes aware that the condom is no longer effective but continues with the sexual act..
..is a sex worker and participates in the act because of a false or fraudulent representation that the person will be paid or receive some reward for the act;"

"Stealthing or making false promise of payment are now sexual assault or rape offences. When a sex worker participates in a sexual act because of a false or fraudulent representation that they will be paid or receive some reward."
